Job Description
Reporting to the CEO in North America, you will be responsible for all related HR matters. You will lead and act as a change agent for the future direction of HR, by partnering with the senior management across the region.

You will be responsible for:
leading, coaching and developing country HR Managers in Canada, USA, Mexico and Central America and managing an international team of up to 15 - 20 people (client population is around 7,000 in the region).
defining HR strategies, planning the objectives for North America,
generating team spirit and driving the international HR team towards a common goal.
participating to the development of global Group HR standards, guidelines and policies.
implementing group HR standard processes and procedures in the region, support and be a mentor to the international team and assess HR process efficiency in each country.
implementing succession plans and responsible for leading regional training and development programs.
designing and implementing remuneration frameworks based on group’s guidelines.
driving the recruitment process and staff movements for senior management in the region.
coordinating of expatriates and other HR issues with Corporate HR in Europe.



Qualifications:

Skills Required

You will possess:
Graduate level studies in HR, Business, Management, or related field of study with a minimum 8 - 10 years international HR experience within a management capacity. (MBA is plus)
Be able to coordinate and motivate a team toward a common goal. solid communication, interpersonal skills at all levels, the ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality.
Action oriented and is someone who is quick and decisive;
Able to make tough calls, work independently and coordinate many activities simultaneously with dedication and enthusiasm.
A mastery of HR related systems (compensation, benefits, management development, etc.)
The ability to work well under pressure.
Either international experience or exposure and flexibility, including travel
Fluency in English, Spanish or French would be a definite plus.
