Bilingual Inside Sales Rep - Spanish/English (Portuguese a bonus)
Inside Sales, CRM, Siebel, Salesforce, IT

Geographic Responsibility:
Central and Latin America

Reports to:
Manager, Inside Sales

A global leader in Application Security has a position available for an Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a bonus).

Duties and Core Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
    • Work with target lists generated by Marketing or research Company organizational structures to deduce potential prospects.
  2. Marketing Campaign Execution
    • Engage prospects and target accounts via phone and email in order to promote specific products or business initiatives.
    • Develop and refine the Company contact database with information gathered during the execution of programs.
  3. Lead Qualification
    • Determine the viability of a lead via the assessment of the prospective client’s needs using pre-determined budget, authority, need and timeframe criteria.
    • Engage technical personnel on an "as needed" basis in order to assist in the qualification and analysis of prospect needs.
  4. Lead Lifecycle Tracking
    • Monitor and track all leads from creation, through qualification and assignment to Sales and channel partner personnel, to deal closure or opportunity loss.
    • Ensure that leads are being appropriately handled and that the return-on-investment in Inside Sales function is maximized.
  5. Channel Partner Communication
    • Work with Channel Resellers to manage leads and opportunities as described above.
    • Act as a liaison point with Company channel partners, informing them about Marketing programs and campaigns that will be touching their End customers.
  6. Customer Communication
    • Ensure that Our Client’s entire customer base is communicated with on a periodic basis.
    • Act as a general contact point for accounts that are not actively managed by a Sales representative or channel partner.

Qualifications:

Required Skills for this Inside Sales Representative position include the following:

  • Fluent English and Spanish written and verbal skills (Portuguese an advantage)
  • 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales role
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Siebel or Salesforce
  • A background in IT product selling and an appreciation for IT concepts
  • The ability to establish and nurture relationships via phone and email
  • Experience using Hoovers, Jigsaw or other methods of Internet-based searching for appropriate contacts within an organization
  • Ability to “cold call” into an organization with the goal of identifying key personnel
  • Solid numeracy skills
  • Analytical strengths that can be harnessed to evolve and improve the performance of the overall Inside Sales team
