The Green Agenda Coalition
The Green Agenda Coalition is an East Coast-based multi-racial and multi-ethnic national coalition of prominent umbrella organizations representing over 140 groups and focused on economic advocacy, including without limitation The Greenlining Institute, FMCRC, NYSFHCC, TELACU, USHAA, and HBC. Formerly known as the TriState Community Reinvestment Coalition, TGAC is led by Alex Garcia, RA, AICP, USHAA's Vice Chairman. Al Pina, Chairman of FMCRC, serves as Vice Chairman.

AARP
USHAA works with AARP on advocacy issues like heathcare disparities, predatory lending and other economic issues that disproportionately impact low-income persons including many Latinos. AARP, USHAA and Telemundo 47 partnered on the first Hispanic Leadership Health Summit in 2007 and will continue to advocate on major issues impacting Latino consumers.

American Red Cross
USHAA has partnered with the American Red Cross of Metropolitan NJ to provide emergency preparedness training in the State of New Jersey to Spanish-speaking persons. The effort trained more than 500 persons and earned USHAA recognition as the 2007 Non-profit of the Year. The "Together We Prepare" video program is now available FREE of charge to all persons under the "Adult Education Programs" section of "Available Resources."

FMCRC
FMCRC is based in Florida and includes more than 90 multicultural organizations from across the United States. FMCRC is an USHAA Advocacy Partner on many national coalitions. The coalition is led by Al Pina.

Fortune 1000 Education Alliance
USHAA has partnered with Fortune 1000 companies internal affinity groups and nationally renowned organizations focused on improving educational attainment such as the Hispanic College Fund, Hispanic Scholarship Fund, HISPA, the NJ Center for Hispanic Policy and Excellence in Education for Everyone. USHAA's first Education Summit was held in 2007.

Greenlining Coalition
Greenlining is a multi-ethnic advocacy, research, leadership development, and public policy coalition of more than 40 organizations. Greelining is an USHAA Advocacy Partner on multiple coalitions across the United States. Greenlining is led by John Gamboa.

HISPA
HISPA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to proactively encourage Latino students' success by providing them a unique role model program through strategic alliances with educational partners and professionals from the public and private sector. The organization is led by Ivonne Diaz-Claisse, also an USHAA Advocacy Advisor.

LLANJ
USHAA works with the Latino Leadership Alliance of New Jersey (LLANJ) to provide an economic advocacy voice to this civic and social justice umbrella organization made up of more than 100 Latino organizations. LLANJ is led by Martin Perez, Esq., who served as USHAA's first Chairman, now an Advocacy Advisor.

Minority Healthcare Advocacy Alliance
USHAA, the Association of Hispanic Healthcare Executives (“AHHE”) and the National Hispanic Chamber of Commerce on Health formed a historic partnership to lead a Minority Healthcare Advocacy Alliance. AHEE is led by George Zeppenfelt, widely reconized as a leading health advocate.

National Latino Automotive Coalition
NLAC is a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic coalition of more than 100 organizations focused on creating greater opportunities for Latinos in the automotive industry. The coalition is jointly led by David Lizarraga from Telacu, John Gamboa from Greenlining, Luis J. Diaz from USHAA, Hector Barreto from Latino Coalition and Al Pina from FMCRC.

NJ School Choice Alliance
USHAA has partnered with top NJ organizations including, without limitation, the Black Minister’s Council of NJ, LLANJ, NJ Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders, Black Alliance for Educational Options, CIANJ, NJ Network of Catholic School Families, Dioceses of Camden and Trenton, NJBIA, NJ Association of Jewish Day Schools, and Black United Fund Health and Human Services.

NYSFHCC
The New York Statewide Federation of Hispanic Chambers of Commerce is USHAA's Advocacy Partner in the State of New York and represents more than 40 of the leader business chambers and organizations in the State of New York. Under the leadership of Alfred Placeres, Esq., NYSFHCC has a long history of advocacy in the NY metropolitan area.

TELACU is a non-profit community development corporation founded in 1968. It is self-sustained by TELACU Industries, a for-profit family of companies which provides the economic means to fulfill TELACU's mission. Through its businesses, services and partnerships, TELACU creates dynamic opportunities to rebuild and enhance the communities it serves.

USHCC
Since its formation, USHAA has had a close working relationship with the leadership of the USHCC. We routinely collaborate on issues impacting Latinos like immigration, housing crisis, free trade agreements and other matters. While USHCC focuses on the business side of the issues, USHAA leverages the purchasing power and voice of the Latino consumers. USHCC is led by noted activist and USHAA Advocacy Advisor, David Lizarraga, a great Board of Directors, and an enlightened President.
