USHAA Partners are businesses and organizations that help provide important benefits
to our members. Working with our Partners, USHAA offers programs, products and services
that help our members thrive. We enter into "hand-shake" deals where both parties
are adequately incentivized to perform for the benefit of our members. USHAA does
not believe in dependency models based on sponsorships. Instead, strategic partnering
is central to our philosophy.
USHAA has three types of partner programs:
Deal Partners
- These are Latino businesses that are interested in accessing capital and deal
sourcing opportunities to grow and scale.
Benefit Partners
- These are "best in class" service providers that can offer USHAA consumer members
with highly competitive products and services.
Education Partners
- These are well reputed organizations like the American Red Cross that are partnering
with USHAA to bring effective training and education programs to the Latino community.
As a national advocacy association representing the interests of more than 42 million Hispanic
consumers, USHAA is uniquely positioned in the US to help our Partners and members to succeed.
Our membership is now growing quickly across the 10 States where Latinos are concentrated.
However, USHAA is very selective about its Partners. An USHAA Partner is a business organization
(or non-profit) with a track record of success that is firmly committed to offering meaningful benefits
to our constituency. This constituency also includes our small business members, Affiliates and
Ambassadors.
USHAA's executive team understands that the essence of any good deal is a "win-win" relationship.
We absolutely want our Partners to derive bottom-line benefits from any relationship with USHAA.
We believe our management team is uniquely positioned to structure these types of deals. Our
seasoned team is well-versed in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and
e-commerce models.
USHAA is now creating strategic alliances with a select group of Partners that will provide
best-in-class programs, products and services. These alliances incorporate the CAP business model
of the Green Agenda,
meaning capacity-
building, accountability and partnering. The USHAA/Red Cross "Together We Prepare" program is just one example
of the type of win-win programs that will help our members to succeed. We will be announcing other deals
very soon.
In short, Partners must be companies and organizations that are truly dedicated to providing the
best programs, products and services that will help improve the lives of Hispanics. Partners play
a key role in helping USHAA to break down the walls that have for so long separated and undermined
unity in the Hispanic community.
